#### Great location!

Overall, great stay at this property. Kitchen appliances were excellent, beach chairs and wagon were brand new, garage is spacious and layout was great. Proximity to beach is 3 min walk. Loved being down the road from tiki bar where we could hear live music from our deck. Check-in process was challenging as there are multiple entry codes required (garage, garage door, front door) and we were only provided one code. Property manager was incredibly responsive and we were in within 15 mins. Also, the furniture on balcony is very tired but still functional. Would absolutely stay here again!

The condo was nice and clean. Very spacious for our family. The pool was warm. Everything was within walking distance…beach , shops and restaurants. You really don’t need a car to get around. Best location. Looking forward to staying there again.

#### 1st time at The Cottages at Siesta ey

Condo was excellent, clean and well layed out. Very close to the beach and Siesta Village, easy walking distance. Enjoyed several of the restaurants. Place could use better instructions. Has to ask several times for garage code and elevator code. All was great after we got the right info. We are going back to the same place in a month.
