Everything is brand new and so comfortable for a relaxing getaway. The layout is perfect for multi-generations, and we had plenty of space inside and out. The kitchen is well equipped with all new appliances and a large outdoor grill. (There is even a wet bar where my husband made margaritas for the group each evening!) Each of the four bedrooms has its own bathroom and there are three separate living areas, so it’s easy to find a quiet space. I should also note that the beds are all VERY comfortable. The location is terrific; it is just one block to the beautiful beach and an easy walk to the south village’s restaurants and shops. The kids loved swimming in the private, heated pool and we all enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the evenings playing cards and board games. We didn’t want to leave!
