The place was nicely renovated and had everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The communication with the host was excellent and they were very helpful and responsive. I also appreciated the free service where they take you to the airport and back, which saved me a lot of hassle and money. Next time I visit siesta key, I would stay in this exact same unit. I've been here twice now and go with a group of tennis buddies and my unit by far was the \*\*nicest one\*\*. It had everything we needed for our stay including starter supplies. The trolly service is fantastic and dropped off passengers directly in from of the complex when we picked it up. They dropped us off there again later that evening. The unit is close to the grill which we loved. The only complaint we had was that the thermostat was unable to be set any lower than 73 degrees. As Floridians, we typically lower our temp from 75 during the day to 69 at night. We found ourselves uncomfortably hot during the night so sleep was disrupted. Otherwise is a great place. Younger people would be fine. People with children would not like it. Middle aged folk can do it but it was tiering. We travel light so it was manageable. Parking in the area is very expensive. To have dinner we needed to leave the area or would have had to pay 37 dollars for about 1 hour just to try to eat at close by restaurants. Recommend biking or electrical bikes to avoid this extra expense. The property is right on siesta beach, you just have to walk right out your door and down the sidewalk. The place was clean and updated. Our unit was very nicely appointed. I had occasion to meet the owner. He was fun and kind. Would definitely stay at one of his properties again. The only drawback was the distance to the ocean. Broken blinds, broken HVAC thermostat display, no ventilation in bathroom, and the advertised washer/dryer unit was totally inept and too old to handle 1 load of clothes well. ##### Tim F. We did like being able to get our own chairs for the beach without a charge. The condo was beautiful as well. Liked the patio area outside. Could have provided more toilet paper - this is not a big cost. Same with paper towels, we felt that this was a bit cheap. Also a review card was left for us to fill out but there was not a pen to be found. Although the kitchen was well stocked with everything. Liked having the pool towels to use. It would be so nice to be able to lock n unlock the patio doors so you don’t have to always go around, just a suggestion if it would be possible to do.
