My only complaint would be we were on the second floor, the daytime temps were 90, and our air conditioner failed miserably in keeping the condo cool. We were given an option to stay at another property on the bay side. This was a solution however I am pretty sure that the property on the bay side rented for less. There were no streets to cross and a quick walk to the beach. Chairs were set up for us by the staff on the beach. We rented an umbrella and it was set up with our name in the morning. Do your due diligence. Because of the hurricane and older building updates there is a lot of construction/reconstruction. Ask! We didn't, BUT when we expressed our disappointment they were able to give us a different unit, and it was great. I recommend staying bayside if you want a quieter experience and more privacy.
