Welcome to Shell-Abrate Good Times, a brand-new luxury home just a one-minute walk to Siesta Key Beach and four minutes to Siesta Key Village. This six-bedroom, eight-bathroom, new construction home can sleep up to twelve guests. The open living design gives guests sunny and airy space to sit back and relax, gather for a movie night, and connect over fun conversations. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream, with brand-new appliances and a generous counter space that makes meal prep a breeze. There is a large kitchen island with seating and a dining table. After dinner, grab your favorite drink and head to the 2nd-floor balcony to watch a breathtaking Siesta Key sunset.

The primary, second, and third bedrooms are on the 2nd level. Let all your worries disappear as you drift off to sleep in the primary bedroom that features a private deck! Other primary bedroom features include an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, a spacious tub, a walk-in shower, and an oversized walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers and have access to the uncovered deck, where they can relish in the island breeze before heading to bed. The fourth, fifth, and sixth bedrooms are on the main level. The fourth bedroom has a covered patio perfect for a quiet getaway and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fifth bedroom has ample closet space for storage and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The sixth bedroom is perfect for younger guests after a long day of exploring, as they can refresh in the ensuite bathroom shower/tub combo. Additionally, there are half bathrooms on the main level and 2nd floor.

Enjoy a relaxing day at Siesta Key Beach, where the soft sand covers your feet, the water is warm, and the waves are calm. Return to this incredible backyard oasis, swim in the gorgeous new pool or bask in the sun on one of the lounge chairs. Stroll to Siesta Key Village to enjoy boutiques, coffee shops, fresh ice cream, and restaurants. Investigate the island with a Siesta Key tour, kayak, or paddleboard the calm intercoastal waterway and beautiful Tampa Bay, where you might encounter a dolphin or manatee, or charter a fishing trip to see who brings in the biggest catch. The possibilities are endless!

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. Siesta Key Luxury Rental Properties Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. EXCEEDING EXPECTATIONS
Amazing stay! We couldn’t have asked for a better house. Clean, neat, amazing pool and accommodations, they basically provide everything. The rooftop view over looks the beach and the house has numerous balconies and outside space. The location is a block from the beach and a few minute walk to downtown siesta key. I have nothing but praise for this property and the property manager.

Nothing short of fantastic!
My husband and I and our four adult children with their significant others came from four states across the US to Siesta Key. This house was AMAZING. It had six nice sized bedrooms all with private bathrooms plus an additional bathroom on the top to floors. There were two living rooms, a poker table and ping pong table, a private pool with slide and a hot tub, two refrigerators, beach chairs, a wagon and beach towels, all of the bath towels you would need and a starter supply of items for the bathroom. The house is a one minute walk to the beach and a two minute walk into siesta keys shops and restaurants. We didn't need an Uber other than to do a big grocery list (there is a smaller market within walking distance though) and to get to and from the airport. It was just perfect for us and we'd love to meet up there again some day!

Heaven!
My sisters, my college-age daughters and their friends joined me for a week at the house. It was an outstanding location to vacation. The house was fantastic in every way. The layout makes it easy to have fun even on a windy rainy day, there is always the hot tub, ping pong table or game table. It could not have been better. I highly recommend.

Great Location!
Great House and as listed! Not sure it’s worth the price tag but some of that was just bad luck with weather! Limited supplies - Missing a broom and a few essential kitchen items that we would have liked to have since we made food for the group several meals!

Great House & Perfect Location but two suggestions
Wonderful house and location. Perfect. Only comment would be to add a few things for beach use as well as transportation. I would suggest adding beach umbrellas and a few balls/Frisbees. Second....add two bikes. Other that that the house was wonderful. Oh and....be sure to give the hot tub 30 to 45 minutes heat up.

Red tide ruined a few of our days. So lucky to have had this home to be in and the gorgeous Pool/hot tub to enjoy. Only downsides is it has zero sun by the pool and kitchen utensils were cheap feeling for such an expensive house!
