I liked that there was an electronic board in the kitchen with recommendations nearby and communication from the property manager. The extras to take to the beach were awesome! This was a bit of a bummer but definitely not a deal breaker. We could walk easily to the beach (a block) and to the main strip of restaurants (5-15 min depending on location). Considering our stay was just after Hurricane Milton, the property appeared seemingly untouched. We were there to celebrate my Mom's 92nd birthday, considering some of her physical challenges, the accommodations were perfect for her. The interior decor has an eclectic vibe that is so fun and inviting. I have a self diagnosed phobia about bathrooms. I can't stress enough how CLEAN EVERYTHING was. NO shower or tub mold. The entire unit was PRISTINE. Location is about a 6 to 8 min walk to the beach. Quiet area, easy access to local restaurants and stores. The 24 hr availability to customers service was quite convenient. The property management team is so friendly and customer centric. Should you select this property you've choosen wisely. Only one negative comment and it wasn’t that bad is just something i think they might need to pay attention to in the future. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a real plus. For someone with limited mobility, the bathroom on the main floor had lots of grab bars in shower and on the walls. The house is great - its very large with plenty of room and very clean. It had everything we needed including kayaks, bikes, fishing poles, and beach stuff (cart, cooler, towels, chairs). Great outdoor deck with plenty of chairs, the pool was a nice size, there was a nice gas grill, 2 kayaks, 4 bikes, several coolers and so much more. Everything you need for a beach vacation. 2 blocks from the village and 2 blocks from the beach. When I return to Siesta Keys I will definitely book this house! ##### Julie C.
