We had multiple friends staying in other units on the property and they all had washers and dryers in their unit. We planned this trip with the understanding that we needed to do daily laundry and as a result we had to sit in another building each day to pay and use the communal washer, instead of enjoying recreation time.The property listing also promised beach towels which were not there and as a result we had to go and buy our own. The bath towels provided in the unit were also stained. In order to clarify things like the towels and the laundry we had to message the property management company, as there were no signs or instructions in the unit. This also took away from our recreational time.No financial accommodations were offered for our inconvenience or additional expenses. We were simply asked for our understanding. ##### Kelly P.
