Unit 105 has a screened in lanai with fantastic views of the pool, beach and Gulf of Mexico! Some of the new features include a 65 Smart TV, king sized bed, custom designed "California Closets built-in dresser and shelving, and a sleeper-sofa with a deluxe mattress on the pull out. We stayed in unit 105 for 10 days in February. The unit is very clean, well maintained and nicely furnished. The staff for the complex does a great job maintaining the property and the office personnel are very accommodating. We were made to feel welcome by the long term residents. The common area between the building and the beach is quite private due to it being set back from the water. There are a number of restaurants, a few shops and a small grocery store within walking distance of the complex. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. ##### Howard H. Has all the equipment you need to enjoy the beach, cook, laundry. The bed was not our favorite, very firm. The water in front of this condo is amazing...we saw manatee, dolphin, rays and tons of fish. I would critique Siesta Key beach...it smells bad from a lot of standing water, so it's difficult to enjoy walks on the beach for someone sensitive to smells (like myself). Obviously the condo has no control over the beach, just a warning to potential first timers to Siesta Key. ##### Shannon M.
