Tucked away in a quiet, peaceful setting with lush tropical landscaping and a sparkling pool view, this second-floor unit (with elevator access) offers a rare combination of tranquility and walkable convenience. Whether you’re picking up groceries, heading out for live music, or savoring the best clam chowder on the island at Captain Curt’s, everything you need is just a short stroll away. And when you return, impact-rated windows keep things serene while the light-filled interior welcomes you home with all the thoughtful extras—high-quality finishes, modern updates, and beachy-chic style throughout. Dawn's unit was AMAZING! Dawn was also amazing and I highly recommend staying here. Check in was easy, the unit is immaculate with all the things you need to cook in unit. She has a great selection of beach items that allowed four adults to enjoy their time at the beach. The beds are comfortable and plenty of room to move around. The location is great for those who want a little peace and quiet away from the village. The trolley and beach access are easily accessible as well as a convenient store. I can't say enough about how wonderful Dawn and her unit were and if I could give her a hundred stars I would. She has the best rental property I have stayed at, and I have stayed at a lot of them!

Wonderful!

Absolutely beautiful. Clean and extremely comfortable. We only spent 3 days, so we ate out quite a bit, but the unit was fully stocked with all that you need. Great restaurants in walking distance. Point of Rocks is a quick walk but we preferred the 1 mile drive to Turtle Beach. Beach wagon, umbrella, etc was perfect to have for your days at the beach. Nice, refreshing and quiet pool to end your day. Dawn was a pleasure to deal with, so easy and sweet. You will not be disappointed if you rent this unit. We loved it.

An Unforgettable Stay at Siesta Key!

I recently stayed at Siesta Key and it was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The location was perfect as there were so many great restaurants within walking distance, which made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. The condo itself was immaculate and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Dawn was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. You can really tell she puts a lot of thought and care into making guests feel at home. I can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to come back!

Loved our stay and this beautiful condo!

I have been coming to Siesta Key, Florida for over 40 years. This by far has been one of my most comfortable accommodations, and this condo exceeded all of our expectations. It was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. We also loved how modern and updated the unit was and how it was decorated. It is conveniently located walking distance from the beach, and to many amazing restaurants and tiki bars, which was so convenient. I will be recommending this condo unit to all of my family and friends for their upcoming Siesta Key travels.
