Best View on Siesta Key Beach - no streets to cross! Make your next vacation one to remember forever by booking a stay in the Sea Shell Penthouse Condo. This beachfront condo is on the fifth floor and is our largest unit. The Penthouse sleeps six, with three spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The wraparound balcony directly faces the gulf, with unmatched views of Siesta Key’s white sand beaches and turquoise waters. But you don’t have to be outside to enjoy the amazing gulf views. The six-seat dining table in the open-concept living area is between two sliding doors that look out over the beach. There is also a windowed breakfast nook with a table that seats four. The well-stocked kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, and anything else you need for preparing and serving meals. The living room is comfortably furnished with a large flatscreen TV and DVD player. Wi-Fi, cable, and HBO are included. Both the master bedroom and the large second bedroom feature ensuite baths and king-sized beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed and access to the third bathroom. Our private beach is just a few steps away with no streets to cross. Right across the street are restaurants, coffee shops, gift shops, and tiki bars, as well as rental agencies for jet skis, fishing excursions, parasailing, and sunset cruises, to name just a few local amenities. There’s also a grocery store where you can get everything from beach necessities to prepared foods. Siesta Key Village is a short, free trolley ride away, with several pick-up locations nearby. From a large hole in the wall in the living room, black mold in two of the showers, old stained blankets for the master bedroom, light fixtures with burned out light bulbs, rust rings in the bathroom sinks, corroded flushing mechanisms on the toilet, ripped pillow shams in one of the bedrooms, peeling paint on doors, dirty bench in master bedroom, dirty leather seat in bedroom, beds made up incorrectly and carpeting needed vacuumed. We could not recommend this condo to anyone! If you would like us to forward photos of the aforementioned items, please let me know. As a point of fair balance the kitchen was very nice, however the table and chairs in the kitchen were very tired and needed updating. ##### Kim G. Taking the trolley right in front of Sea Shell Condos made all of our travel in Siesta Key a breeze! The location on the oceanfront made for a gorgeous view of dolphins and sunsets (we won't belabor the love bugs though!) Our unit, 501, had the two sided balcony and mega great area - wonderful for the six members of our family to spread out and relax.
