The kitchen came stocked with the basics and the furniture was very nice. The check in process is a little annoying because you have to go to the office rather than just go to the house, but the process was easy and the staff was friendly. My family and I had a wonderful time watching the fish jump in the canal, swimming in the pool and going to the beach. Everything was super close! This is rented by a rental company who I had to contact 3 times in order to get the check in code which was never available through the VRBO app. They make you sign a contract outside of VRBO too, FYI. The bedroom with the twin beds has the AC in the closet which makes nonstop noise & is impossible to sleep in. There were numerous issues - smoke detector wasn’t attach to the ceiling, dirty spotted sheets, broken door hand, dirty pool. The manager of the rental company, Matt, said we would be given a partial refund for the inconvenience & just ghosted us. He also lied about when the maintenance person came to fix things which turned out he wasn’t able to get into the home & resulting in me having to follow up yet again. VRBO isn’t helpful in resolving anything. Highly DO NOT recommend this property. ##### Erica Z. This place was amazing. It's in a beautiful quiet neighborhood on the north side of the Siesta Key island, 15 minutes from the most Beautiful Beach with white sand. The pool was awesome. Everything you need is available to you, beach chairs, kayaks, boogie board, bikes......We rode the bikes around the city and on the beach, it was wonderful.
