Ground floor 2 BR/ 2 BTH condo located across the street from the #1 rated beach with private beach access a 5 minute walk across the street. The primary bedroom has King Bed with WATERFRONT VIEWS and an on-suite bath with a walk-in closet. Second bedroom has two twin beds can be moved together. REMODELED KITCHEN and BEAUTIFUL LANAI with NEW HURRICANE PROOF SLIDERS overlooking the boat slips and waterway to the intracoastal. Smart TVs in both bedrooms and living room and high speed internet. Well appointed with sheets, towels, blankets, 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, and cooler. Heated community pool, hot tub, shuffleboard, sauna, community room with pool table, library, full gym, BBQ grills and picnic area. There is a lighted fishing pier on the intracoastal. This condo is close to the Stickney Point Bridge for easy on and off the island, walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc. No car needed as there is a free trolley that takes you up and down the island to the famous Siesta Key Village and beach, pickleball and tennis courts and all that the island has to offer. This community has weekly happy hours, card games, movie nights and other organized gatherings at the clubhouse. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS. Application fee of $150 required for HOA background check. $1000 security deposit required. Exit clean fee of $175 deducted from security deposit and 13% taxes collected from guest. 1 car parking in dedicated carport space. Laundry not in unit but is very conveniently located in building and is free. One guest must be 55 years old to rent this unit.
