We arrived at the hotel after driving for more than 300 miles hoping to get a good rest and a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, we experienced the complete opposite. We were not able to sleep the entire night because of the loud rattling sound of the air conditioner and the dripping of the water in the sink and the bathtub. We complained to the manager the next day and told him our decision to just pack our things and find another accommodation. The manager didn’t negate our claim; however, he said that the lodge wouldn’t be able to refund us; and instead, we should call Expedia to be refunded for the unused night; which we did. But then when Expedia verified our complaint by calling the lodge, the manager lied and said that he didn’t agree to the refund. The lodge is in poor condition. The room smells horribly; a place one would never go back to.
