"We had a great stay – the place was clean and the atmosphere very friendly. Unfortunately, there were no dishes or cutlery available, which made cooking and eating a bit tricky. However, there were grills and charcoal provided on-site, which was a nice bonus. Overall, a pleasant experience with just a few small things to keep in mind."

"The property is just lovely. The place was so well appointed, nothing was missing. All the appliances worked great, the back yard area was awesome. It was quiet and dark for sleeping. We loved it and if our futurte plans include the Kernville area we will be sure to try and stay again!"

"DO NOT waste your money on this property unless you'd like to be bother & harassed by the owner, Amelia, your entire stay. First of all, Amelia callled me at 8am our first full day of our family trip. She questioned my integrity as she over counted the amount of family members I had paid for on her home camera system. I explained we felt uncomfortable with her spying on our intimate family time, but insisted she recount us on her cameras because I had 13 guest & I paid for each of them, if she must. Amelia said we could not have the dogs in specific areas of the property. I explained to Amelia there is nothing on her website with these restrictions & was the sole reason we choose her property, nevertheless I relocated 2 of my guest and the 3 dogs I PAID for. I told Amelia we should be compensated, she never responded. Then, Amelia try to say the location the dogs were stationed was not offered on the website. I corrected her again with screenshots of her own web page. No response. The next day she left a message stating if she has known the dogs were coming she would have told us the 'additional rules' she just made up. I again sent her a screenshot showing her, not only did I tell her about the 3 dogs, I paid an additional fee. At the end of the call she asked if we could work through this, 'or we can keep fighting.' She is unprofessional and has no idea of even her own rules. On top of everything, the property was dirty with bugs in the sheets. Worst experience EVER!!!!!!!!"
