"Montecristo is a great place within the quivira territory. Nice houses with lots of space. However we needed several things fixed during our stay. AC didn’t work properly, grill had to be checked up 3 times, electric stove didn’t work, microwave was broken. This isn’t the standard you would expect for a high daily rate "

"This home is awesome! Great convenient location. Not too close not too far from Cabo proper which was our hope. Easy access to everything without being on the craziness. The home is new and very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Space for 10 without feeling on top of each other. Owner and concierge communication was top notch. They took care of everything we needed. Great private pool, gorgeous view of the bay. Quiet and safe. I would highly recommend this property and we look forward to coming...

The house is well maintained and has beautiful views of the marina and downtown Cabo. Easy walk to downtown but far enough away to feel peaceful. Would stay again. "

"This property is INCREDIBLE! From the moment we drove through the gates we knew we were in for a special trip. The location of the house is ideal - super safe, views of the ocean on one side and mountains on the other. There are restaurants and a grocery store within a 5 minute drive of the gate, making it extremely convenient for stocking up the house for the week.
