Si je devais faire 3 remarques, je dirais qu'il manque dans la chambre à minima une bouilloire pour pouvoir se faire un thé ou un café. Qu'il est regrettable de ne pouvoir lézarder le matin au lit, tirés du sommeil par des jardiniers armés d'un coupe-fil et d'une souffleuse, tous deux thermiques, donnant l'impression d'être soudain projetés dans une course de moto-cross ! Enfin, le restaurant, fort agréable et présentant une carte bien pensée, dispense une sorte de coulis musical lénifiant à la Clederman en continu, qui gâche un peu du plaisir de la bonne chère."
