Perfect for couples, families and business travellers: large living room with extra-large TV and electric reclining sofa, fully equipped kitchen with pellet stove, king-size bedroom, second room with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. There is no Wi-Fi: it’s the perfect place for a real digital detox. The apartment is set in a quiet building on Viale Sardegna, with easy access and a private parking space right outside. Interiors are furnished in a modern, minimal style, with neutral colours and clean lines that create a cosy, uncluttered feel. The living room is the heart of the home: spacious and bright, with an electric reclining sofa and extra-large TV, perfect for movie nights after exploring the city. The pellet stove heats the room quickly and, together with the traditional heating system, keeps the home comfortable in every season. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and all you need to cook at home. The dining area is ideal for slow breakfasts or relaxed dinners. The sleeping area includes a large double bedroom with king-size bed and generous wardrobe, plus a second bedroom with bunk beds and a desk corner – great for children, teenagers or guests working with their own mobile hotspot.
