Their ad was false and we didn’t get the amenities that were stated online. There was no air conditioner, the television didn’t work, the WiFi had terrible connection and the staff especially the manager was rude and unfriendly. We quickly tried to ask Expedia for help but they were just as terrible with their customer service. Expedia does not supervise any of there clients establishments and are only quickly to take your money but not to offer any help or assistance. This was our honeymoon stay and we had a very disappointing experience with this hotel and Expedia itself .
