This was my favorite hotel by far during my 2+ week trip to Asia. The level of service at this hotel is above and beyond what you would expect at any 5-star hotel. The pool and grounds are beautiful, breakfast is delicious and the attention to detail and service at this hotel is amazing. I am happy we stayed at this hotel and cannot recommend it enough.

Pretty much perfect
The level of welcome and service is fantastic, its was just as it should be friendly and attentive without being annoying. Always greeted with a warm smile and a Good Morning. The tour desk sorted all excursions, pick up drop offs as well as any shows. The building is very nice, clean and spacious and being slightly away from the centre of Siem Reap provided a peaceful oasis after a full day climbing temples. Its very hard to find a fault with the hotel and its employees. Thoroughly enjoyed it and they even seamless cater for my elderly parents one of which had mobility issues.

Great staff and the breakfast buffet is scrumptious... we had an enjoyable stay. The concierge was Very helpful and efficient - booked us a 2 day tour by private taxi of the Angkor Wat temple complex and later a private taxi to Phnom Penh ...

This modern hotel sits on a huge lush property which includes a big pool area. Service is great by staff who always have a smile on their face. The lobby and lounge is bright with floor to ceiling windows. The breakfast buffet has something for everyone both Western and Asian preferences. During happy hour some drinks are half price. Air conditioning in the bar a little to cold. Very comfortable hotel.

Great location. Away from the noise of Pub Street, close to Angkor Wat. Everything accessible by Tuk Tuk. $3 ride to the city center. We had a defective hair drier which was replaced very quickly with a call to the front desk. The staff is excellent. Be prepared to pay the same prices for beer/drinks here as in a typical pub in the US. Good breakfast buffet.

Excellent hotel close to all the Angkor sites. The staff were outstanding and helpful. We took a guided tour of Angkor and used a local driver abd guide. We made arrangements through the hotel and were very pleased. We always take private guided tours, you pay more but you get more, thanks to the hotel for the experiences on our trip to Angkor.

The breakfast is the best! their croissant are one of the best I've had even compared to the ones in Paris! The bed was a bit harder then I like but overall very nice hotel, nice people, our TukTuk drivers from the hotel were absolutely the best!

Struggling a bit with this review. Nice facility but lacks any charm. Not near main areas of Siem Reap and while closer to the temples, that maybe saves you 3 mins in tuk tuk ride. Staff not particularly helpful and everything was quite overpriced. More the place a tour bus would stay than where I would recommend for independent travellers

Just ok. Brand doesn't represent the stay.
The checkin, doorman and some of the staff at La Naga were the highlights. Poor service by the concierge, the guys at the pool bar and cleaning staff. I left the room at 8am returned after 4 and the room was not cleaned. Had to call to get service. The food and selections were not great. Dinner buffet billed as a highlight of international choices. Not so much. Eat out if you stay there. This is the 2nd Le Meridian that I have stayed in, Phuket was the other and neither represents the Brand or the SPG brand.

Everything and everyone was exceptionally impressive. Especially our host from India working at desk near to front desk. She was of limitless help and was gracious. The hotel had easy access to the things we wished to do and the pool was sublime. We had a great time in siem reap.

The property is somewhat worn at the edges and rooms need renovation. But service level and quality is consistently excellent. Location half-way between the too noisy town and the major attractions of Angkor Wat is perfect.

Comfortable but Noisy Hotel
The room was very noisy as it was over the back service entrance; staff dragging bins around at 05.30 was not good. There is building work going on close by so the area around the pool is anything but restful. What made the place was the friendly and efficient staff who were all great. We will probably not stay at this hotel again
