Beautiful small hotel and excellent service Feels you go back in time. I loved the hotel pick up from airport with old 60's Mercedes

部屋数が少なく、静かに過ごすことができた。 スタッフは暖かい対応で良かったですが、英語に訛りがあり困ることがあった。

Very attentive staff, without being overbearing. Beautiful, intimate environment. Not too big but big enough to have great facilities with personal attention. Lovely suite rooms, great service, lovely spa and pool. Thrilled to have stayed here while visiting Siem Reap. The tours organised by the hotel are first rate - relatively expensive but worth every penny. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Hidden jewel in Siem Reap

Posted 7-May-2015
Pros: This is a wonderful boutique hotel with exceptional service. The bar and restaurant are outstanding and the staff are unbeatable.
Cons: Wifi reception was weak in guest room.
Location: This hotel is tucked away on a quiet lane in Siem Reap. It is a short drive both to the airport and to the vast Angkor UNESCO world heritage site.
What a stroke of luck to have picked this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service and attentiveness of the staff were simply amazing. The hotel has only a small number of guest rooms but offers a full suite of services and facilities including a pool set in a lush tropical garden, a large stylish bar, an outstanding restaurant and a boutique offering high end gifts and works of art by local artists. The design and decor of the hotel are stylish and comfortable and well looked after. I would highly recommend the Heritage Suites.

A warm welcome that puts a smile on your face!

The last 30 metres of road are full of pot holes, and that's actually the only negative thing I can say about the Heritage Suites. It's a lovely little hotel with lots of wonderful old-world style, and the service and the friendliness is simply beyond compare!
