Outstandingly phenomenal stay in Siem Reap. The staff outside themselves. We celebrated our son's 6th birthday while here and literally EVERY member of the staff wished him a happy birthday throughout the day. Wow! The hotel was fantastic and in wonderful shape overall. Breakfast was delicious. No one was pushy about booking tours or extras. Great neighborhood and very walkable to everything needed. The only negative was that there are some cheapnesses to the rooms which appeared (eg: our security latch broke, the showerhead sprays literally everywhere all at once, and the safe was locked). Nothing horribly detracting just could use a little love. Customer service and food were excellent. The hotel is close to Pub street (10 min walk) and yet in a quiet area. Rooms are small but enough really for the time you are in them. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pools are great. Breakfast was nice. The only negative was that sometimes at breakfast the bacon was cold (due to heat going out), on mornings we had a sleep in there was very little bacon. Asked for more and got told there is no more. One morning I asked why? Was told groups going on tours come early to eat. Disappointing as we were there to relax and didn't want to get up early everyday. We love taking a dive. Their transportation service is also cheap compared to those provided by local drivers. Food is quite nice, wish there are other varieties.
