The staff was very friendly and reacted right away! Unfortunately there were a few things which made our stay not comfortable and made us leave this hotel two nights earlier. We had a lizard in our bathroom and one in our prepared lunchbag. We know that lizards are common here but these situations made us feel uncomfortable. In addition to that, the sheets weren‘t actually clean! One of the towels neither. Even though I threw the dirty towel on the floor, the cleaning person just hang it up again. We have two say, that they removed the lizard and that we got a fresh towel right away. They also let us switch the room because of the lizard and ants in our room but you just don‘t feel comfortable anymore. The extra laundry service we paid for wasn‘t good at all. Our clothes had still stains and not everything was clean nor dry. After complaining, the money for the laundry service was refunded. Toll war der Abhol- und Bring-Service vom und an den Flughafen, welcher für uns kostenlos war. Es wird außerdem ein Fahrservice angeboten, um Angkor erkunden zu können. Die Preise dafür sind recht üppig aber okay. Genervt hat uns nur die unbefriedigende Nutzbarkeit des WLAN. Upon check in I was told I would be moved the next day to the room I originally booked but when I returned that evening I was told it was still being renovated and that I would not be moving rooms at all. The shower drain in the bathroom smelled of sewage. When I booked the room it stated that round trip airport transfer was included. I was picked up from the airport in a tuk tuk (not conducive to luggage). For the return trip I asked for a car and was told there would be a charge. The garden bar was not able to make more than half the drinks on their menu.
