"Das Haus ist in den 70ern stehen geblieben. Fast alles war alt, die Terrasse teilweise morsch, alles roch altbacken und muffig, die Matratzen waren uralt. Die Küchenausstattung war übersichtlich - es gab zum Beispiel nur 3 Teelöffel. Das ganze Haus bedarf einer Grundsanierung innen wie außen. Das es anders geht zeigen andere Häuser im Ferienprk Vorauf. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge im Chiemgau ist die Lage sehr gut. Check-in, Sauberkeit und Kommunikation waren in Ordnung."

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastgeberin: äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und immer bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. "Hat alles gepasst. Großzügige Schlafzimmer mit sehr guten Betten. Helles Wohnzimmer. Neue Küche, ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am See. Gstadt ist ein schöner Ort ohne Rummel. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche über Silvester. "

"A very nice stay at the Wyndham. There is quite a lot of construction noise in and around the hotel at the moment from the building site opposite and they work from about 8am-7pm it seems. The room was nice and I was upgraded to an executive room on the top floor. The pool is small but nice and we didn’t use the sauna as soon as my partner stepped in she noticed that there was a man sauna-ing naked in there so we promptly back turned, we are not used to that in the UK, must be an Austrian/German thing. "
