"We had a wonderful 4 nights at the Zafran. A beautiful room and delicious continental breakfast with coffee freshly made to order.
The staff were welcoming and so helpful. I could not recommend more highly.
Donnalucata was quiet but there were several places to eat nearby. Good location for Noto, Ragusa, Syracuse etc."
"Hotel Eremo is a former monastery. You are greeted immediately by name by the friendly staff. The property is serene, dining is available outside in a courtyard, at the pool, in your room. There is an amazing breakfast buffet.
There is a spa or cooking classes by the chef which need to be reserved in advance.
It is necessary to have a car to visit the beach or surrounding towns. We also drove to the oldest winery in Sicily for a tour, tasting, and lunch."

"Hotel recommended by our cousin who neat Agrigento. Very clean hotel. Rooms were good size and clean. They had a restaurant that was open for the breakfast buffet only. Very good food, all fresh. Hot out of the oven croissants (cornetto) cakes, meats, cheeses, fruit, scrambled eggs.
The grounds were beautiful! Botanical garden to walk through. Views overlooking the Valley of the Temples were stunning.
We would definitely stay here again when we return."

"As soon as you walk in you step back into the 80s. This place needs a facelift and everything else included ASAP. The rooms are ok, the beds are hard! Cold tile flooring everywhere. The ALL INCLUSIVE is the biggest rip off EVER! The food is complete garbage and they only serve pasta and fish so if you don’t eat that you are screwed. If you want something to drink you have to walk from where you are eating and grabbing food to across the hotels lobby and to the bar. The only alcoholic drinks are some cheap wines they have. There are no towels at the pool. Theres a train that takes you to a beautiful beach and honestly that was the only thing making us happy until it broke down and we had to walk back with our 3 yr old twins. The staff at the buffet will watch you like hawks and correct you if you do something they dont approve of. Sicilians are just a whole different breed, I swear. Almost no one here at the hotel speaks English."
"Staff was very friendly and helpful answering our questions. Check in was very smooth and street parking was explained clearly to us. Town was very walkable and quaint. Loved the history. The train ride was fun and gave us a great showing of the town. Wish we had more time. Would stay here again. "

"The hotel is located at a good ocean facing location. However the hotel had not turned on the air conditioning yet so it was hot in the night. We opened the balcony door but there were mosquitoes came in the room and we couldn’t sleep because of that. I would suggest the hotel to turn on the AC as the area has lot of mosquitoes so keeping the windows/doors open in the night is not ideal."
