Nestled along the serene shores of Mara lake, this stunning three-bedroom condo offers a perfect blend of comfort and modern elegance. As you step inside, the spacious open-concept living area greets you with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light, showcasing breathtaking views of Mara Lake, the surrounding mountains and western sunsets. The master suite serves as a tranquil retreat, featuring luxurious bedding, a smart TV, walk in closet, and large windows for natural lighting. The en-suite bathroom boasts a luxurious soaking tub, a separate glass shower, and large vanity, creating a spa-like atmosphere. One additional bedroom is thoughtfully designed to accommodate family and friends, with generous closet space and easy access to a beautifully appointed shared bathroom. There is a pull out couch for the kids in a huge living space that can be separated with a dividing wall. No detail was overlooked while furnishing this vacation condo. Our units come up a new washer and dryer, clothes rack, luggage racks and fully stocked kitchens. Convenient items such as hair dryers, drip and Keurig coffee machines, a folding wagon for trips to the beach and boat, propane BBQ, pool toys, blankets, shampoos, beach towels and linens are available for your enjoyment. As such, our condos do not allow pets. Please note that there is no boat launch at the condo so your boat will need to be put in the water in downtown Sicamous. Included amenities at the resort: 24’ boat slip, seasonal outdoor pool (June 1 – September 1), kiddie pool, gym, steam room and 1 underground parking spot. This condo is a licensed and registered short-term rental with the District of Sicamous and the province of British Columbia. Beyond the condo, the Shuswap region offers endless opportunities for adventure. Explore nearby hiking trails, tee off at local golf courses, or discover charming restaurants and shops. Whether you’re seeking outdoor excitement or quiet relaxation, this location has something for everyone.
