Departe de a fi un hotel de 4*. Un singur halat și o singura ceașcă de cafea la 2 persoane.Renovarea este o necesitate in special baia unde curățenia lasă de dorit. Un plus ar fi staff-ul foarte prietenos ,parcarea mare și gratuită,locația și patul confortabil.

Cleanliness and condition of bathroom didn’t meet my expectations of Mercure hotels. The pillow was not comfortable and couldn’t sleep well.

Pretty cool Hotel with amazing staff
Amazing room at amazing price, just opposite to the airport . City center is also not far off. Super markets are close by. Service is prompt and breakfast is great with multiple choices to choose from . Parking is free and several places available In all a pleasant memory.

The hotel is abusing orders from internet
My anger towards the hotel stem from simple reason: I ordered two rooms at March 2019. The rooms were ordered with cancellation ability. To me, it means that nobody touches my money unless I arrive to the hotel and pay at check-out. To my astonishment, the hotel charged me at the day of the order (March 2019) while my arrival to the hotel was planned to Mid July 2019.

I was surprised myself in a small, hot, suffocating attick room with a tiny window in the ceiling and a mini-bar not working. The next attick room was larger, with a warm mini-bar and the worst wine....have spent a sleep-less night. The hotel is new and with potential, but with a bar closing at 23:00 (early for airport hotels) and the above, I would not recommend it.

Simply great! +++++ for the breakfast
The hotel is a little far from town but close to the airport. It offers free shuttle to and from the airport. The rooms are modern and HUGE. They also have free parking. Also the breakfast was included in the price and it was THE BEST breakfast I ate in a hotel (and I ate in many hotels). Had everything from eggs to cakes to traditional romanian food, fruits etc. The staff was very flexible with any requests we had. They also have late check out (for a fee, 20-30 euros) I really don't have anything to complain. Great hotel.

The room was terrible - the bathroom stinks and the air-condition wasn't able to cool - actually it functioned as a fan, not matter what temperature was selected. On the other hand the reception stuff was polite but could not help since they claim that there isn't any vacant room.

Convenient airport hotel
We stayed here for easy access to the airport, not expecting much of the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff were all very helpful and efficient, our room was spacious and comfortable and the restaurant served tasty, fresh, well presented food. It was an easy 15 minute walk straight down the road from the airport, and a cheap taxi ride back there with our luggage the next day.

Decent Hotel for Short Stay
Stayed at this hotel the night before my morning airline departure from Sibiu. Arrived about 20:30 and checked in, did not use the restaurant. Room was functional and clean - everything worked. The bed seemed hard to me. About 02:30 I was awakened by some men being noisy in the hallway - by 03:30 I still could not sleep due to the noise, so I called the Front Desk. They immediately came to the floor and addressed the situation, and the noise stopped so I could complete my rest. If you need to go from the hotel to the airport, have the front desk call a taxi. The taxi is 10% of the cost of the hotel shuttle to the airport (operated by a contractor to the airport).

Maybe it's just the room that I received, but it smelled like this was a smoking room before (even though there were signs with "No smoking room") so the smell inside was pretty pungent. Unfortunatelly, it was the only room available in the city for that day, so I had to stay with it. The mattress was not very good and the shower tub needed some help to drain the water. Also, the price was pretty hight for a hotel in Romania - I paid less to stay in Athens in September to a much nicer hotel. Again, maybe it was just my room, but I was dissapointed.

Nice hotel near city
Situated between Sibiu Airport and the city centre, sitting on the main road, was easy to find. Could not hear the road from my room. The staff were friendly and reception staff spoke good english, lucky for me as I don't speak Romanian. The restaurant staff were just as nice but their English was not as good, but communicated ok. Once in my room, first impressions were good, and clean. On closer inspection, the shower unit needed to be bigger (which is possible in that room). Mould was starting to form around the door runners. Picture frames, mirror frames, bed frames and window frames need to be dusted. Lastly, carpets need cleaning or changing as the room I was in had either trodden in mud or dirty water dripped all around the edge of the bed. Although these are minor things in themselves, they tend to build up into big things. All in all a great stay at the hotel.

we were given the room on the 4th floor that provide a queen bed, but the life goes to 3rd floor only. the room is quite small and is build on the attic. when we asked to change the location and was told only two single beds room left. my husband and i took the room on the 2nd floor since the room is a bigger. the towels are old. the tv is old too and there is no instruction to advise how to turn on the tv even the power is on untill my husband called the front desk to ask. very disappointed about everything. thank GOD, we only stay one night. this is worst than 2 stars hotel.
