The vacation unit is a 2-room apartment with a total area of 40 square meters, situated on the top floor, and facing the west. It features beautifully modern furnishings, including a living/dining room with sloping ceilings ranging from a height of 120 to 350 cm, and equipped with a double sofabed (140 cm wide and 180 cm long), satellite TV (flat screen), and air conditioning. The living/dining area provides access to the terrace. Additionally, there is one room with sloping ceilings ranging from a height of 120 to 300 cm, accommodating a French bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long). The open kitchen is outfitted with two hot plates, an oven, microwave, and freezer.  
  
Amenities Included  
The vacation unit comes equipped with air conditioning, a barbecue area, satellite TV, microwave, and television. It can accommodate a maximum capacity of 4 guests and features one bedroom and one bathroom. Other amenities include a shower, bidet, WC, hair dryer, and complimentary WiFi internet access. Additionally, there is a reserved, fenced parking area available.  
  
Other Information  
The vacation unit boasts a terrace spanning 18 square meters, with a partially roofed area and furnished with terrace furniture. From the terrace, you can enjoy distant views of the sea. It is important to note that there is no heating option available in the unit.
