With space for up to 10 guests, the house features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-plan living space with underfloor heating and a fireplace. Outside, a wood-fired sauna, BBQ, jacuzzi, and a sea-facing deck offer space to enjoy the outdoors. The main house at Villa Ösund was built in 1987 and offers 122 m² of living space for up to 10 guests across four bedrooms. Two full bathrooms & one half bathrooms serve the house, and sleeping arrangements include both private bedrooms and additional space for guests in shared areas. The open-plan living room features a TV, spacious seating area dining table with sea views through large windows. The kitchen is equipped with practical appliances for everyday cooking, including an induction stove, oven, full-sized fridge, dishwasher, and a drip coffee maker.
