During our stay we didn't smell any cigarettes and our rooms were clean and well thought out (space under the bed for our luggage). "The place has very good customer service and is located near two different train stations. The only downside is that their bathrooms aren’t very well ventilated and if you get a twin bed room the leg space in the room is a little lacking. Other than that the place is very nice!"

"It was an amazing. The food and early morning breakfast service is excellent. Staff was extremely helpful but more English speaking service attendants would be nice. This hotel is right in the heart of Roppongi. So there are plenty of bars and food to get lost in. The location of this hotel is perfect for anyone coming to party for a bit and have a quick accessible hotel for those LONG party nights. All in all, 10/10"

"The room is undeniably small but was just fine for one person. It would be a stretch for 2 people even though it is marketed as a double room. Theres barely space for one big luggage so if you have more, that would be hard. Otherwise, everything was great and clean. There were amenities you could grab from the lobby. Appreciated the facial mask and bath powder! There was a paid washer and dryer which i did not use but would be great for longer stays. Theres also a shared microwave which was...
