Sleeping 5 with three bedrooms, en-suite and family bathroom, downstairs cloaks/WC, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and enclosed rear garden with seating. Wi-Fi, bedding and towels are provided along with two off street parking spaces to the side of the property. Just a couple of mins drive into Shrewsbury centre, a perfect base for exploring the town and beyond or a place to call home between house moves. We are Pet Friendly! The beautifully presented space offers modern kitchen/diner with seating and fully equipped including dishwasher and washing machine, downstairs cloakroom and living room having sofas to sink into. French doors open out onto the rear garden having seating and pathway leading to gateway opening onto the private driveway with tandem parking for two cars. Upstairs the master bedroom has an en-suite and king sized bed, double bed to bedroom two and single bed to bedroom three along with family bathroom. A couple of mins drive takes you into Shrewsbury town centre, whilst a 30 min stroll passing by Lord Hill’s Column, Shrewsbury Abbey and crossing the English Bridge over the River Severn onto Wyle Cop. The medieval market town of Shrewsbury offers an abundance of independent shops, restaurants and cafes through the cobbled streets and Tudor buildings. You have a variety pubs and clubs for your choice of nightlife and theatre Severn provides a choice of entertainment. Shrewsbury Castle, Theatre Severn, Shrewsbury Flaxmill Coatings, the Sabrina boat offering river cruises, the award winning Market Hall and of course The Quarry a 29 acre parkland on the bank of the river Severn and hosting various events throughout the year.
