Loud music, illegal aliens drunk outside of room , room condition terrible. Totally unsafe. This was discovered after check in. I FEARED FOR MY SAFETY. I left after checking out with clerk. Complained and was told nothing would be done they are quest. Drove 1hour to another city for hotel.

We were a little disappointed the pool wasn’t open but understand it’s still early in the season. We will be back in may and are considering staying here again.

I am not posting this in anger. Please read carefully to make an informed decision. First of all, the bed had stains. There is no towel holder or rack in the bathroom, which is inconvenient. The facility seems to have undergone a renovation recently but the feel of the old building is there still. It is a very bare minimum hotel.

Not worth the price. We had to share the room with roaches! The tv didn’t work properly, tub drained slowly, toilet kept running, and the floors were dirty.

Richie,I do apologize for the inconvenience you had during your recent stay with us. You stayed 2 days with us but upon checking our log book I did not see that you have contacted front desk agent regarding your issues otherwise she would have moved you to a different room and made your stay comfortable. We recently remodel the property. The room you have stayed in many guest have stayed before and after you check out also a guest stay but none of them complain about roaches. We do pest control every month. If any guest have issues in any room we call pest control and take care of the issue right away. Your concerns have been addressed to the appropriate department and will be taken care of. Rest is assured that we want to make your stay as pleasant as possible so please contact front desk agent during your stay. I hope that you will consider us and give us one more chance and visit us again.

The only positive is a friendly staff. We had one gross bed and a couple towels that looked dirty and not washed with some sort of stains on them. It is not a quiet place to rest due to paper thin walls and ceiling.

Jason,Thank you for your comments regarding your recent stay with us. We are completely remodeled property. We just finished our renovation in December 2023. None of our guest has complained about our beds. I do apologize that you were not comfortable on it. You were checked in early in the evening. If you find the towels has stains on it why didn't you bring it to the front desk and we would have provided you fresh clean towels. You should have brought the issue during your stay so we would have resolved it right then. To stay in a hotel is like you are staying in an apartment . If your neighbor makes noise you can hear them. I do apologize that your stay with us was not pleasant as it should be. Hope that you will give us one more chance and we will try our best to fulfill your request.

Frank,Glad to hear from you regarding your stay with us. We try our best to provide best customer service as possible. We just recently remodeled our hotel in December 2023. We are surrounded by casinos and nice restaurant less than 2 miles radius. People do visit here to have fun and have good time with their friends and family during weekend because of the location it's price, clean and nice room and our service. Hope to see you soon.

It was nice to see that renovations have been completed. Paint in bathroom could be a little better looked rushed. The staff was amazing. There where a couple bugs but literally just 2-3. Would still stay here again this was my 2nd time. I felt safe both times.

Not only is this property affordable, the rooms are super clean and cant forget to mention the size of the bathtub!!!!! Very spacious and enough room for a full on relaxing soak. Linens were clean and like new. We were a little late getting to breakfast but there was still something for us to munch on. Staff is super friendly and were always smiling.

First two rooms I got were dirty. The third was still dirty but I took it because it’s 2am. Staff was very nice and helpful. Bathrooms need a serious cleaning though.

The first room we were given seemed nice--but the toilet ran. We were moved to another rooom, which was not nice. It was a smoking room (we reserved non=smoking). the tv didn't work==a staff member come and got it working. The room was about 85 when we went in. there were no marking on the heater dials. We finally got some cool air coming in, but the fan was very loud and made a terrible squeeking noise. we had to turn it off when we went to bed, and the room was still overly warm. The unholstered furniture was badly stained. Other than that the room was clean.

Room was filthy, bed had multiple blood spots that looked fresh. Sheets had hair all over them, pillows completely brown and floors looked to not have been swept in weeks, the room also had a very strong unexplained odor. They also charge not only $50 for a dipost but $48.13 that they cant explain why. Been dealing with them for days now asking for my refund on all charges. Left and checked in at residence inn that was the best decision we ever made.

Anonymous,Thank you for your comments regarding your recent stay with us. I do apologize that your experience with us was not pleasant as it supposed to be. Upon checking your history you were less than 10 mins in the room and you left . My housekeeping staff was present when this happened and after you left she went to your room and change the bedsheet and clean the floor. She did not find more than couple of brown small spots on the sheets that you are referring as blood stains. When she swept and mopped the floor she didn't find any dirt and we did sale that room as well. We are newly renovated property. You can not compare Residence Inn by Marriot with Quality Inn. To stay in a Marriot property you have to pay the price too. It takes 5-10 business days to get back your refund depending on the bank you have. 48.13 we don't know what are the charges because we did not collect that amount at hotel. Give some time and you will get back your money.

Frank,Thank you for doing the online review and putting good words for us. It really means a lot to us. We just finished our complete remodeling in December 2023. Our guests do like the location who are coming for entertainment to casinos or visiting the V.A hospital for their checkup. It's very convenient for them. We do have very nice restaurant walking distance as well. I am glad to hear that we were able to make your stay enjoyable as it supposed to be.

I would like to especially thank the guy at the front desk during checkout. Once my family and I (6 people) came in, he immediately checked to make sure everything was perfect with breakfast. We were in a rush, so I truly appreciate the hospitality.

Front desk guy, Bryan was rude I was given a conjoined room. Although the door was locked it was inconvenient to me with their loudness. I called for a room change he told me there wasn’t any and I would have to wait until morning! I went down stairs take to him face to face, told him I’m going to leave a review and then all of the sudden I was given a new room! The property was only one way in and one way out which was an inconvenience. The motel is in the middle of a neighborhood. I stayed 2 nights with no tv. Called about that and again “Bryan” told me he was sorry! And it would be Monday before they got the tv to work! There also was no housekeeping. I seen a worker, asked for a trash bag and she told me she would clean my room when I left. I don’t leave until the next morning! I was very disappointed. I recommend not to stay at the motel hotel thing. I will never stay here or another quality inn again. Your better of spending a few more dollars at the Marriot

I did speak with you yesterday regarding your deposit but unfortunately I could not find the credit card number you have provide me since it was showing just virtual card info. Usually the deposit amount fall back with in 5-10 business days depending on your bank and since it is not actually a charge you will not see as a refund. It was just a hold of that amount that you have to check with your bank because it was not showing anything at my end. If you still have any question feel free to give me a call. So I booked this property on Expedia not knowing that it looked nothing like the prices online, was under construction, mildew smell, chairs in room worn and torn. When I requested a refund, the general declined it. I did not feel like this hotel was a place for me and my family to stay. We took the lost and went to another hotel that was clean and provided all amenities that were advertised. Beware Free Breakfast was a brown bag with muffin and juice box. Never again!!!

Deathra,I do apologize that your stay with us was not comfortable as it should be. Yes we are going through remodeling but my rooms are 100% done and new. I am surprised that you did not like my freshly painted new rooms. We are going through our last phase and doing our lobby area, that is the reason we are not providing our continental breakfast at present which is a temporary thing and we are providing to go bags to our guests. The room that you have stayed in is one of our mostly occupied rooms. After you left it is still occupied and none of our guest has issue with moldy smell. We will be 100% done with in couple of weeks and I hope that you will give us one more chance and enjoy our nice continental breakfast with comfortable stay. Hope to see you soon.

The furniture in the rooms were okay except my bad leaned I believe. The AC did not work good enough I had to shake the handle on the toilet did not get served breakfast. And the pool was dirty

Property was under construction, pool was not clean so my son wouldn’t swim in it. The neighborhood is not the best. Their breakfast was a brown bag with a tiny pre-packaged muffin, an apple juice box, bruised apple and 2 tiny pre packaged sausage muffin. The positive is the room was clean and the AC worked
