Breakfast hwas always late or non-existent, the staff at the front desk were eating while checking in guests and my neighbors smoked marijuana on a daily basis. I WIĹL NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN. If it was not for the fact I had no choice, I would have left day one. I cleaned and sanitized my own bathroom. It was filthy. Just disgusting!!!!!! Shameful

Scetchy hotel/neighbor hood. Service was none, breakfast person was a no show. So the cleaning lady tried. Don’t do it. Keep looking!!!!

In a bad part of town, took forever to check in, smelled terrible, very run down, curtains were hanging off on the side, remote didn't work for the tv, baby cockroach in the bathroom, heard every door slam in the hallway. Breakfast was bizarre as you had to walk outside and through the parking lot to the other side of a motel next door, to a restaurant to give the vouchers to, but the food was decent.

The entire hallway on our floor smelled of weed and cigarette smoke even though we had a non smoking room. The towels in the bathroom had black hair embedded in them and stains. The sheets on the bed also had stains. Blow dryer in the bathroom didn’t work. Dirty. Looked nothing like the advertised pictures.

it is ironic that you posted a sign saying $200 charge for smoking yet the room I was in smelled like years of cigarettes, shouldn't you be paying me the $200???!!! Also, the lady that runs the morning breakfast is unpleasant to guests...maybe someone should tell her she is in the hospitality business which usually means be nice to guests

That was the worst experience I had had in my life I never stay in a place like that in all my life I arrived by 3:00 a.m. I was extremely tired that is why I did not leave the place was nothing dirty they didn't have a covers everything was dirty the walls the beds the bathroom and it was smelling like marijuana the whole hotel it's terrible I don't know how did you recommend a hotel like that I would like people to know so they never go to the place that place should be close or have any management the cleaning take care of that

This property was an ok stay for the price we paid. Aside from a couple critter roaches trying to stay in with us not too bad of a problem. One room did not have hot water so we had to use one bathroom to shower out of both rooms that we rented. I knew what to expect when I showed up to the hotel so I was not surprised. Still a decent stay for what I needed the room for. We were out and about the town so we were hardly in the room. Hotel has its wear and tear. I would probably stay again if I had to.

Met a need for an overnight stay
Not so good. Place is in need of some serious updating. Linen was essentially two sheets. I mean the comforter was no thicker than a regular bed sheet. Good thing the heat was working otherwise this would have been a cold night. Staff were friendly and immediately tried to fix the staticky reception on the tv. Did an ok job but still not a great picture. All rooms were supposed to have fridge/microwave, ours had neither. GF said the building smelled of marijuana

The property was not clean or well maintained. There were NO blankets on the bed or in the room. Carpet wasn’t vacuumed. Staff didn’t greet people when checking in. Front desk clerk refused to look me in the eye when I asked where the breakfast room was. Pathetic. Do not recommend.

Bathroom had noticeable hair on floor of bathroom and vanity top had what looked like sugar spilled on it. Highway very close and walls and doors poorly insulated so you could hear lots of noise. Staff persons at front desk during check-in and early in the morning (3 am) when we left were very nice. For the low price, it's hard to complain. But we wouldn't stay there again.

I arrived to dirty bed linen on bed..it was apparent that they didnt terminal clean from last guest. There was women makeup all over the sheets There was trash still under bed and the carpet wasnt vacuum inside or outside front door. I showed housekeeping that morning and asked that enire bed linen on both beds be changed and vacuum carpet. And the elevators and propery was filthy. I met several guest who requested another room because of the cleanliness. The front desk Sharon was nice. But Will Never stay here again Im sure they dont mop bathroom or vacuum. Just empty trash and leave.

They had only a family emergency and we did refund the money. Also nothing else was mentioned except that if they did not have a family emergency then they would of stayed.

For starters employees were all nice and helpful but on our first and last day the plumbing went out there was no water then we went to eat lunch were my children noticed roaches were trying to climb on there plates the owners of this property need to quit being slumlords and invest in the property

Not a good hotel at all!
Check-in was easy. In the room (112), I sat down in the wingback chair after having moved it over to see the TV better. It was rocking. Looked down and the leg was broken! I called the front desk--I was told that they knew about the broken leg...that's why they don't want anyone to move their furniture. What??? Next the TV--was snowy and not good at all. The carpet was dirty--if you walked barefoot, your feet turned black! Also, in this handicap accessible room, there was no grab bar beside the toilet, only behind it, which is only useable as a towel rack. Lastly, when I checked out, I asked the clerk to email me the receipt--she said, "I'll just print it out."

I saw a baby roach, toilet handle was broken, so I couldn't flush the toilet. The afternoon attendant was very nice. The morning crew wasn't nice with a little attitude. I didn't want to ask any questions and I was very uncomfortable checking out.

A place to rest your head
I'll just list the pros and cons. Cons: cleanliness- empty soap wrapper on bathroom floor, sink drain stopper was sitting outside the sink with hair on it, crumbs and nail clippings on the chair. - no covers on the bed. Just a sheet and a bedspread that looked like a decorative piece of satin. I'm someone who needs some weight on the blankets so i ended up putting some of my clothes on top of the bedspread. Those just fell off a i sort of slept. - hot and cold water was backwards in the sink - shower handle backing was loose. Thought it might fall off. Pro: The bed was comfortable - The breakfast has a waffle maker, eggs (though Powdered), bacon/sausage, etc. - friendly employees
