Highlands Charming Cottage by Betty Virginia Park! Check out this charming South Highlands home (built in 1950's) in my favorite neighborhood in Shreveport! Only a block away from the beautiful Betty Virginia Park & the beautiful Fairfield Ave. This quiet & beautifully unique neighborhood is close to the best attractions of Shreveport: Betty Virginia, Norton Art Gallery, Centenary, LSUS, Brookshire Arena, Mardi Gras Parades, amazingly underrated restaurants, & more. And the Casinos! The space: I love this little space in a cozy/older home in the unique South Highland District. Each block has something different, and Shreveport has a very underrated FOOD and nightlife. I really do love this home. It has the perfect huge backyard for pets and for socializing on the patio, not to mention you're just a block over from the most beautiful park in the City, BETTY VIRGINIA PARK & take a drive down Fairfield Ave. to see some of the most beautiful homes in Shreveport! Norton Art Gallery, GREAT Restaurants, etc. are all right near by as well.
