"We arrived late and the front desk staff were not welcoming though we paid well over $200 for a room for one night. The room was dirty, I saw a hair on the small towels, finger print on the bathroom door (gross) and the bed was made but looked like someone sat of it as there were prints. Again, paid $200\. I called down twice and got put on hold and then called again, no one picked up. We were so tired from the drive I just couldn’t deal with the staff. The pictures of the room are exaggerated, it’s not that pretty. The lobby is nice though. The food was under average but the bartender was super nice. It’s a casino. Stay at Margaritaville if you want something nice. Rhino coffee downtown was good for quick breakfast and decent coffee "

"I stood outside the locked doors ringing the buzzard for 20 minutes until some older woman in pajamas opened the doors. I then stood at the counter for an addition 30 minutes calling the hotel so i could check in. Numerous homeless people arou d the property and staff looks like theyre in a half way house. I canceled my reservation on the spot and went to holiday Inn"
