### Super Cute Cabin in the Tall Trees

Plan your next family or friend’s getaway in this super cute cabin with its special charm of cedar walls and ceiling, with wood beams and a large fireplace. This is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the White Mountains.   
  
The location is less than a mile from Rainbow lake, nestled in the tall trees with enough space to bring all your toys to explore the plethora of surrounding forest service roads and trails.   
  
Close to restaurants, shopping, all sorts of outdoor activities and so much more.   
  
The Space   
  
When you’ve exhausted your energy for the day from playing and exploring, enjoy and unwind on the covered wraparound porch, have coffee or a glass of wine and enjoy the wildlife and weather. The enclosed backyard is perfect for BBQ’s and gives your kids room to run and play.   
  
The Cabin:   
  
Here’s some details for you:   
  
— On 0.30 acres, nestled in the beautiful tall Pine and Oak trees.   
  
— 1700 sqft of indoor living space.   
  
— 3 bedrooms.   
  
— 2 bathrooms.   
  
— Family room with 60” Screen Home Theater System, wraparound couch, chairs, including rocking recliner.   
  
— Living room with fireplace, 50” TV, couch, loveseat and reading chair.   
  
— TV’s are connected to Amazon Fire TV's through the internet. (Whole house has WiFi throughout).   
  
— Kitchen and dining area seats up to 16 people.   
  
— Highchair, booster seat, bouncer and playpen crib combo available upon request for families with babies.   
  
— Decorated in a rustic cabin style.   
  
— Porch with table, chairs and deck chairs.   
  
— Fully fenced off backyard, patio chairs and picnic table. Outdoor grill hooked on natural gas so you can endlessly grill and be fine (grilling utensils included).   
  
— Separate laundry room with washer and dryer.   
  
Room 1: This is the master bedroom. It has a king-sized bed and a view into the tall trees when you wake up in the morning. There are 2 closets and a built-in dresser in this room and the hallway bathroom with double shower is shared with the 3rd bedroom.   
  
Room 2: This is a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a window towards the tall trees. It has 2 closets and a built-in dresser, and the 2nd bathroom is next to this room.   
  
Room 3: This bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds, 2 full-sized beds on the bottom and 2 twin-sized beds on the top. It has 2 closets and a built-in dresser and is great for sleeping up to 6 people. Kids will love sleepovers in this room.   
  
The Kitchen:   
  
Food is a huge deal when getting together. All you need to bring is your food.   
  
—“Dream Kitchen” to cook in and entertain and bring everyone together.   
  
— Full size natural gas stove with oven.   
  
— Dishwasher including dishwashing soap.   
  
— Comes completely stocked with cooking needs, including pots, pans, serving dishes, platters and more.   
  
— Plenty of cooking knives for the chef’s in the family.   
  
— Enough Forks/Spoons/Knives/Plates for everyone in the family.   
  
— 1 Keurig coffee pot, 12 cup coffee pot, including coffee filters, 1 hot pot to boil water (for tea), 1 tea pot, 1 blender, 1 electric pancake grill, 1 toaster.   
  
Enjoy an early morning sunrise with fresh coffee or tea on the front porch, a family favorite, or a nice evening BBQ in the backyard surrounded by the beautiful tall pine and oak trees.

Lovely place- wish we could stay for a week! Clean bathrooms/kitchen and comfortable couches. We’ve stayed in lots of rentals and have reasonably low expectations— we were happily surprised at the comfort for our family.

#### Great place in the pines!

Great place for a family trip! The location was great—in the trees in a quiet neighborhood with no houses across the street. The porch is fantastic for relaxing and enjoying the trees. Cabin is much more spacious than we thought it was going to be. Lots of room for our family of five and another adult friend to spread out. The windows all along the front and side make for a great view of the outdoors!

#### Great house by the lake close to everything!

Took our family of 6 and my Mother. Very spacious and comfortable home. Lots of room for a family! Stocked with everything we needed and very clean. Walking distance to rainbow lake and close to everything. Would definitely rent again.

Enjoyed the week after Christmas. Nice cabin. Close to shopping and restaurants. Plenty of room. Real wood fireplace was a nice touch. Everything as described. Very responsive property manager. The only thing lacking was smart tv's.

Great stay property manager was always reachable. Loved the home it was nice to see picture on the website and when you got there it was exactly what the picture showed (had a bad rental about a year ago) this one was great and we are defiantly going back and renting the same cabin. Hosue and property were amazing honestly Live the floor plan. Ac did not work just would get hotter so we opened windows and used the fans that were there other then that great communicated aloud us to check in early and all around great stay for a great weekend

#### Snow Day at Coffee Cabin

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Coffee Cabin! Everything was very nicely kept. Some of the furniture could be a little updated but otherwise was comfortable and clean. Most kitchen items were provided however cups were only plastic. A few glasses, ie. wine glasses, etc would be greatly appreciated. Everything worked as described and we enjoyed the wood fireplace.(wood not provided). Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. Ample towels and general supplies were a nice touch. Laundry room is a huge bonus!
