The worst deferred maintenance situation I've ever seen at a motel. The front door was very difficult to latch from the inside. There was no safety chain on the inside of the door. The bathroom sink had actually come loose from the wall. The only thing holding it up was the pipes. It took a hard pull on the valve to make water flow. There is a real danger that someone will pull it hard enough to make the sink crash to the floor and onto someone's foot. I could go on. It's a tiny town of 448 people with no stores or food available.
