I enjoyed my stay at this hotel I definitely would come back. I only have 3 takeaways. There should be a microwave in the room , better shower head, and the breakfast wasn’t giving but everyone was friendly the staff in the dining area by the pool and the front desk. The bed was very comfortable and room service was great plus friendly. I like the energy here but it’s life everything can’t be perfect and I point that out as suggestions not criticism. I will be back though 😇💕. Thanks everything .

Our stay waa good. I was disappointed that we booked an executive suite and it wasnt noted in the booking that the lounge is closed on a weekend. Normally with the exexutuve suites, breakfast is free and other amenities are available. Nothing was available and we had to pay extra for everything. We did not even get a bottle of water in our suite.

We stayed over for one night and it was not busy at all. It was very relaxing and quiet. The pool is a great spot to relax and closes at 9pm. The beds are very soft, but fine for one night. The hotel was clean and the staff very nice and helpful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Was very disappointed at check-in. I paid an extra $70 through Expedia for an 'Executive' room. Was led to believed it had an extra sitting room, couch, bathtub etc. At check-in, the woman's first question was if I needed a handicap room. I said no; I am not handicapped. When we got up to the room, it was a regular room. I went back downstairs to point out the discrepancy and the woman bluntly asked "I asked if you needed a handicapped room and you said no". During our exchange after she said this, because I could not believe she said it with a serious face, she tried to tell me that the handicap room and executive rooms are the same. So what Expedia calls an 'Executive' room, the Hilton calls a handicapped room? 1. How am I supposed to know that upon check-in? 2. How does that even make any sense? Seemed like a complete money grab to charge me extra, use some language discrepancy between the Hilton and the third party as an excuse and then tell me I have to deal with it via Expedia. Absolutely absurd. To this point this is my first and only complaint while using Expedia's service, but it is so frustrating I am expecting to be compensated at least the difference in price between this mythical 'Executive' room and what I actually got, which was a regular room.

John, thank you for your review. We are disappointed that you were given the wrong impression about the room type. It looks like the picture on Expedia has a suite showing as a regular room. We are working with them to have accurate pictures on their site. Additionally, since you booked your room through Expedia, you would have to deal with them directly. We hope you give us another chance and stay with us in the future.

1. parking garage did not have adequate room for car, was dark without adequate lighting, exit sign was placed incorrectly and signs follow an infinite circle 2. when i booked through expedia, i called the hotel regarding early check in, and the hotel edited my reservation check in at 3pm. when we arrived at 2:30, the hotel said the room was not ready and to come an hour later. at 3:30pm, we came again and they said they were not ready and to come again at 4pm. at 4pm, the hotel said that because my reservation was a suite, it would require more time to clean. when i asked for the manager, the manager was extremely rude and said she would go ahead to ask housekeeping and housekeeping said no one told them to clean my suite. i was able to check in at 4:45pm, all because the front desk did not notify housekeeping and had horrendous customer service, ultimately making the customer (me) unsatisfied.

I will follow up with the front desk team as well as the Manger so that this doesn't happen to another guest. We are also replacing light bulbs in the garage that are burnt out to provide more lighting.

We liked the bar and dining options. The room was cleaned well and all the staff we encountered were professional and personable. The room was comfortable but a little dated. The heating unit made a constant faint noise that kept me awake one night although I did not ask for it to be serviced. Unfortunately some cars in the lot were vandalized during our stay.

Not sure why what should be a flagship property is being allowed to slowly degrade in minor but noticeable ways. The mattresses were old and uncomfortable, several lights were burned out in the room, the reception desk was unwilling or unable to break a $20 bill for tips, no water in the room. Others in our party who have often stayed there in the past noticed the same phenomenon. Cost savings? Poor management? Who knows but it is ashame.
