"Very comfortable, well appointed hotel. Soap/shampoo offerings better than what I'm used to in UK hotels. Breakfast was high quality though service in restaurant a bit slow. One caveat: Hotel entrance is from a courtyard off Devonshire Square and not visible from the street. Even London black cab drivers can't find it if they haven't been there before. Use 4 Devonshire Square address for cabs or Ubers than walk up steps into courtyard."
"Great staff, convenient location to bus lines so you can access all transportation options with your Oyster card. The water taps next to elevator offers sparkling and still was a huge bonus!!"
"Great place to stay, rooms are interesting and somewhat "high tech" with the iPad controlling everything. If you happent to come to this branch and going to the dining area around night time, be sure to say hello to Sergio. Great guy, great chat and very hospitable! Was going through a bit of a rough patch personally, but he was kind enough to hang around and chat for a bit during the quieter time :)"
"This was a memorable stay thanks to Ingrid and the team. They went above and beyond for my partners birthday. Thank you. The location, the food and atmosphere was superb.
We had a minor issue with the AC (couldn’t work out how to put the heating on) and it was fixed within minutes. Reception were welcoming and attentive. The spa facilities included the steam room and jacuzzi. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you! Definitely coming back here. "
"Very clean rooms and modern building . the staff members were lovely and very helpful.
The breakfast was very good with lots of options to choose from ."
