I loved having the opportunity to wake early and take a walk and watch the sun, rise above Galveston Bay. In the afternoon, I often sat outside and watched my dog enjoy the fenced in yard and I enjoyed the sunsets. I was so excited to see pelicans sitting on a dock,and on another occasion I saw 3 porpoises swim along the dock on their way out to deeper waters in the bay. The apartment was well-stocked and large enough for 1- 3 adults or a family of 4 with younger children. The owners were very helpful. Jan has some pet turtles which she keeps in a wonderful habitat outside. She was nice enough to tell us about them and allowed my son to pick a couple of them up. The apartment, as my title says, is comfortable, cozy and cute. We were also able to walk on the neighborhood's private pier in late evening, which was nice.
