Only one thing spoiled it and that was Experia charging £38 more than the actual cost of the room if we had booked a hotel room directly. We won’t be using Experia again lesson learned (book direct). »

« Située dans le Guest House à coté de l'hôtel, dans une rue en ruine, la chambre est restée dans son jus des années 80 et SURTOUT, je ne sais qui logeait dans les autres chambres mais tout le monde fumait ! Je suppose donc que l'alarme incendie était hors service ! Irrespirable (2 jours plus tard nos vêtements et valises empestent encore) ! L'extrême courtoisie des managers n'arrive pas à compenser la décrépitude du lieu. »

« Staff were courteous and super helpful and efficient. The Indian restaurant was superb. The hotel cleanliness left a bit to be desired in terms of the exterior which wasn’t swept, with cigarette butts all around and rubbish not picked up. I changed rooms because the one I was given was not clean. It could be so nice with just a few details taken care of. »
