The beach is seasonally patrolled and located near the Shoalhaven Heads Surf Life Saving Club, adding convenience and reassurance for ocean swims. Whether you're planning a romantic getaway, a solo retreat, or a laid-back family stay, this villa delivers comfort, natural beauty, and easy access to everything Shoalhaven Heads has to offer. Key Stay Information Bedroom 1: 1x King Bed Lounge Room - 1 x Double sofa bed This property offers self-check-in. One set of keys is provided per booking. If you require additional keys, please contact us at least 48 hours before arrival; otherwise, a call-out fee may apply. Access is provided via either a smart lock or a secure lockbox located on-site. Where available, facilities such as pools, gyms, saunas, and communal areas are managed by the building or strata and not by AirKeeper. These facilities may be closed, restricted, or undergo maintenance without notice. As AirKeeper does not control these areas, we cannot provide compensation for any unavailability or changes made by the building management. AirKeeper manages your property off-site. Any on-site building staff, including concierge or security personnel, do not work for AirKeeper and cannot assist with check-ins, keys, access issues, or guest enquiries. Reservations up to 27 nights: Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in will forfeit 100% of the booking value. Any reservation made within 5 days of arrival requires a photo of a credit card in the same full name as the primary guest, matching the provided ID.
