Shoal Bay's BIG Beach is only 300m away for a refreshing swim or choose from Zenith Beach, Wreck Beach or Box Beach if you prefer a surf beach. Downstairs the property features high cathedral ceilings in the air-conditioned living area, CD sound system, 40-inch flat screen TV and DVD. The dining room flows off the living area and has a solid timber dining table and 6 matching chairs. The property comes with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, wall oven, grill, stove top, microwave, fridge/freezer, and plenty of bench space. Internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and an enclosed rear paved courtyard for outdoor entertaining which leads out the side gate to a grassed area for the children to play. A second bathroom is also located downstairs in the single garage, it has a shower, toilet, and vanity. Upstairs is where you will find the three bedrooms, all bedrooms have a split system air conditioner and ceiling fans, with bedroom two having the second TV. The main bathroom is also located upstairs, it has a standard size bath, shower, vanity, and toilet. Other features include a single lock-up garage that can be internally accessed by the lounge room. There is a 2nd open car space next to the property which would accommodate 2 vehicles or a trailer boat (small axle trailer boat only).
