The hotel is conveniently located near the main train station and close to several large department stores. Many tourist attractions are within walking distance. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Det er ikke frokost på hotellet. Hotellrommet egentlig romslig, men veldig lite bad av en merkelig "plastikkaktig" konstruksjon. Vasken er ute i selve rommet. Airconditionanlegget fungerer, men bråker veldig. Veldig god service og beliggenheten i Shizuoka er upåklagelig.
