L’hôtel est propre et moderne. La chambre était un peu étroite (c'est normal au Japon) mais confortable, notamment avec un vrai matelas (pas un futon). Un mauvais point: la clim était bruyante (et la couper n'y changeait rien)... Il y a des WC dans la chambre, mais pas de salle de bain; mais c'est normal car l’établissement est un "Kenko Land": un hôtel resort/onsen/\~parc d'attraction. Donc il y a un étage avec bains (onsen) et saunas! L’établissement est énorme, avec plein de visiteurs; néanmoins il est bien proportionné, et l'on ne se marche pas dessus. De même, pour l'enregistrement, il y a une longue queue; mais comme il y a plusieurs comptoirs, celle-ci avance vite. Une notice en anglais est fournie à l'enregistrement. Le point concernant le petit-déjeuner est ambigu: il est bien payant (mais l'on s'en compte en arrivant sur place de toute façon). Il y a un grand choix de restaurants dans l’hôtel, quelques boutiques, et divers jeux (vidéos, ufo catcher, pachinko, etc.).
