"This is a beautiful property. There is a minor inconvenience that escalators to the onsen and pool are under construction but the elevator works. The natural hot spring baths are amazing and numerous. There are both dry and steam saunas. The grandkids had a great time in the pool with a water slide and played with other children. We had ryokan style rooms with tatami mats making this experience very traditional. The location is very convenient."

"The property was great, easily accessible via $16US taxi, clean, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are well appointed with everything but are a bit small by western standards. Breakfast in the hotel was solid and offered a little bit of everything. My one complaint is that the temperatures are kept too high. I think this is a Japan wide situation, but damn the hotel and my room were nuclear. Mitigated by opening the 17 locks on the window and turning the fan off. "
