4泊しましたがフロントのスタッフの方がすごく親切な方々で，毎日の鍵の受け渡しなど気持ちよく行えました． 部屋は広くて快適でした． 古さはありましたが，清掃がきちんとされていると思いました． 喫煙室だったのか？（灰皿はありませんが）と思うような匂いを感じました（敢えてマイナスの点をつけるならそこでしょうか）． ユニットバスは古さを感じますが，お風呂は温泉に行ったので特に不便を感じませんでした． ドアの開け閉めがしづらい，ドアのぶが動きづらい，ドアの内側の内装が一部剥げている，などありましたがこれらは海外のホテルではよくあることなのであまり気になりませんでした． 温泉は広々していて，特に時間を外さなくてものんびりとできました． に帰り入浴も行っているので，外が暗くなってからの方が空いているように感じました． 朝ごはんは新得そばが用意されていて，毎日美味しくいただきました．7時から9時（8時半ラストオーダー）ですが，少し早めに行っても利用させてもらえたのはありがたかったです． 公共交通機関はバスがありますが，本数が少ないので車での利用になるかと思います． 看板があるので，特に迷うことなくたどり着けました． 周りには本当にお店がありません．フロント近くの売店と朝食をいただいたレストランがありますが，私が滞在していた期間は夕食どきは「貸切営業」だったので，食料はしっかりと確保してくることをお勧めします． 洗濯機や自動販売機があり，その隣の電子レンジも活用しました．

料金の割には、、りょうりもよかった 周辺を散策したかったが案内が不足でした 夜の星空がとてもきれいで、ちょうど宇宙ステイションがが見れて幸運でした もう少し早めに外灯の消灯をしたらさぞかし満天の星空が見れるのでは、売りにしては？

部屋はきれいで、広い。温泉もきれいで、露天風呂も良し サウナの砂時計の代わりに、時計が有れま良かったです。

預訂蛋奶素食餐，入住及用餐前時確認都無失誤。不過，日本蛋奶素會含洋蔥跟蔥。環境非常棒很安靜。

家族3名で利用しました。子供は小学2年生です。 温泉良かったです。ゆっくり出来ました。 朝ごはんも頂きました。 子供にはちょっと辛い物（わさび味が強い物）が多くできれば子供向けの食べ物があると嬉しいです。 また利用したいと思っておりますので是非ご検討ください。よろしくお願いします。

אונסן מצויין. הרבה בריכות כולל חיצונית. בעיקר תיירות פנים. חדרים די סטנדרטיים ולא ממש חדשים, אבל נוחים צוות, כמו בכל יפן, מנומס ואדיב ומשתדל לענות על כל מה שצריך עם מכשולי השפה הרגילים.

キャンプできる所もあり、横に湖もあるので風情はある 温泉については、10人くらいでも余裕で入れるレベルで 硫黄泉やアルカリ泉ではないので臭いもトロみもないので 違和感なく入れる温泉。入った後は気持ち良い。 露天風呂に「蛇が出ることがあるので注意」と記載があり、 夜の露天風呂はややビビりながら入ることになるかも。

古い施設と思っていましたが、気持ち良いホテルでした。窓が大きく、湖や景色を堪能でき、清潔でした。温泉もとても気持ち良かったです。また、機会があれば是非利用させて頂きたいです！

建物の古さはあったが、基本設備（お手洗い、テレビなど）は最新化されていてよかった。 大自然に囲まれた露天風呂もいい感じ。 洗濯機が一台故障していたのがとても残念。。。

#### とても良いホテル

清潔なホテル。禁煙部屋だが、廊下がタバコ臭いのは残念。銭湯にサロニアのヘアアイロンがある。 コインランドリーは洗濯、乾燥それぞれ200円。お風呂はお肌がすべすべになる。シャワーの水圧が痛いくらいに強い。 夕飯は確実に豪華。子供も大人と同じ内容だったので、ちょっと子供サイズand好みにしてくれるとありがたい。部屋からは湖が見えました。

#### 良かったです。

和洋室に滞在しました。他のサイトで同室が清潔でないとの口コミあり事前に連絡して確認しましたが、丁寧に対応頂き、実際全く問題なく赤ちゃん連れでも快適にすごせました。浴場の洗い場が多少汚れていた感がありましたが、許容範囲内でした。むしろ赤ちゃん用の椅子も設置してあって配慮を感じました。 食事は朝食のみでしたが、評判通り美味しかったです。カレーやお蕎麦もあり、種類も豊富でした。価格考えるととてもリーズナブルだったと思います。
