« If it’s on an overnighter then it’s not bad but if you’re traveling with family and friends and looking for peace of mind and service then this is not the hotel for you. We were quite disappointed with the service and amenities of the hotel especially in such a beautiful country city. « 前日に別の場所に泊まりここは2泊目です。前泊の長所をそれぞれ足せば良かったのですが、歯ブラシが無いのとWi-Fiが非常に繋がりにくい(前泊はOK) 逆に前泊はドライヤー無し、タオル無しとそれぞれ足りないものが違い、残念です »

« A really old-fashioned Japanese onsen experience like nothing else. We ate in the Japanese restaurant one night and French the other evening. The food was fantastic. Rooms were comfortable but old fashioned. I would highly recommend the room with a private onsen - we saw tanuke (Japanese raccoon dogs) approach whilst we were bathing which was a really special experience. We hiked to the ridge (5 hours return) through a beautiful forest. »

« Le personnel est très attentif et même les vitres de l auto le matin sont déglacer avant de quitter. Plusieurs attention que nous ne retrouvons pas ailleurs!!, Les bains privés extérieurs sont très bien. Le seul bémol est que aucune chambre sauf les suites n ont de douche ni de bain donc si on prend une chambre standard nous devons aller nous laver dans les bains publics ... je n avais rien lu de cela sur la description de la chambre et pour avoir une douche privé nous avons du demander de...

"Je comptais mettre 5 étoiles car la chambre est très bien mais j’en enlève une car malheureusement la baignoire était sale, il y avait des poils et des traces sur tout le rebord et c’est quand même la moindre des choses de nettoyer correctement ce genre de choses."
