"The hotel was well located for exploring Osaka. In a residential area close to transport. The staff were very friendly and the free coffee and water in reception was great. "

"Wonderful traditional Japanese hotel (ryokan) with hot bath downstairs. We saw so many beautiful Sakura trees on our trip but the most amazing Sakura was right outside of this hotel. Just jaw dropping! Really enjoyed our walks down the stone stairs to the small city, beautiful views and beautiful place. We even liked it more than Kyoto, so quite and authentic :) will be back!"

"【よかった点】 安い。広い。アメニティ充実。フロント前のドライフルーツ。シャワーがナノミスト。駐車場無料。持ち込み用冷蔵庫（保冷剤を冷凍するくらいのスペースもある）。ルームサービスの氷の純度が高く、溶けにくかった。喫煙ルームでも空気清浄機のおかげでほとんど苦にならなかった（当方嫌煙家）。 【残念な点】 浴室の排水溝に髪の毛が数本。テレビのリモコンの感度（電池？）。壁紙が数箇所剥がれている。部屋の鍵を開ける時にフロントに電話が必要なのですが、コールは１分くらい辛抱強く待つ必要がある（なかなか出てもらえない）。 【個人の感想】 近隣のビジネスホテルの半額で泊まれるのは非常にありがたい。思ったよりも「ラブホ感」を感じなかった。昭和感は満載。給湯器の活動の音（壁をトントン叩き続けるような感じ）だと思うが、気になると言えば気になる。地下鉄長田駅まで徒歩１０分くらい。乗ってしまえば梅田でも南でもスッと行ける。施設は１度行けば勝手がわかったので、私はまた利用したい。"
