20時から開催されるフラメンコショーは、宿泊メリットでとても洗練されていて美しく楽しかったです！！ ひまわりの湯にも雨に濡れず行けて、スペイン村には、３.4分で行ける宿泊者専用ルートや、チェックイン前にも荷物を置けるロッカーを用意してくれていたり、とても良かったです。部屋もきれいでした。 晩御飯はスペイン村が凄く早く17時に閉まるので、駅に行っても帰りのバスがないし、晩御飯は困りました。

#### 快適でした(^^)

設備は少し古いですが、掃除が行き届いているので、気持ちよく過ごせました。ホテルのフロントで、到着日と翌日の2日間使えるスペイン村のパスポートが格安で購入できます！隣接する温泉「ひまわりの湯」も無料(入湯税150円はかかります)になり、大満足でした。但し、閑散期だったせいか、ホテル内の高めのレストランしか開いていなかったので、夕食は車で街まで出かける事になり、ちょっと面倒でした。

とても素敵で良いホテルでした！！いたるところに噴水があり、癒されました♡ 女風呂のジャグジー風呂にゴキブリが浮いていたのだけは残念でした💦 スタッフさんの雰囲気、対応、お声かけなど全て素敵でした！またぜひ泊まりたいです！！

宿泊者のキャパとレストランのキャパが合っておらず、食事に困る。 レストランを予約しない場合は300m離れたコンビニまで歩道のないところを歩いて調達に行くしか手がない。 レストランがいっぱいになるにもかかわらず売店はカップラーメンすら売っていない。要注意。

きれいで楽しく過ごせました。ただ、当日レストランを予約しようと思ったらどこも満席で予約できず。 近隣に食事する場所も探せず晩ごはんがきちんと食べられなかった

#### 受付の印象がとにかくとても良かったです！

受付の方がとても丁寧に対応してくださったので気持ち良く過ごすことができました。 お金がピン札だったのは、たまたまだったのかな〜？ 一つ一つの確認も丁寧で不安１つ感じなかったです。こんな素敵な対応を泊まる時、毎回感じられたらいいな〜と思いました。

1月7日の連休を予約して、ホテルに早めに着いて、ホテルの駐車場に入れ、午後2時からのアフタヌーンチケットを買い、志摩スペイン村を見て回りました。 ホテル志摩スペイン村のバスタブは大きく、シャワールームも別にあり、洗面所、トイレが分かれていて、清潔で豪華な感じでした。 ベッドは、セミダブルが2台とソファーベッドがあり、二人で宿泊したのですが、ゆったりくつろげました。 バルコニーも広く、海の見える景色が夜も朝も最高でした❣️ ひまわりの湯温泉にも入れて，旅行がより楽しめました。

今回で3回目の利用でした。パルケエスパーニャに隣接したオフィシャルホテルなので、雰囲気も良く、スペインの異国情緒を十分に味わうことができました。 また、機会があれば訪れたいと思います。

遊園地で遊んだ後は温泉で疲れを取り、綺麗な景色とスペインらしい建築を楽しみながら過ごせる、素晴らしい施設だと思います。2、3泊するくらいが色々と堪能できてちょうどいいかな？という感じでしょうか。所々飲食店が閉まっていたりしたので、全て開いている時期にまた行きたいです。

部屋内は過ごしやすく、パルケが隣で近く、荷物預かりの無料ロッカーサービスがあり、駐車場の出入りが何回でも無料で自由な所は非常に良かった。 ファミマが近くにあるので、ちょい買物に便利。 但し、部屋内は2部屋先の声まで聞こえ、防音設備が良くない。 エレベーターから部屋まで迷路のように遠く、ひまわりの湯も部屋から遠過ぎる。 お土産売場は、途中閉店している時間帯があるので要注意。 スタッフ対応は、人によるが普通に良い！

#### 志摩観光の拠点として申し分なし

パルケエスパーニャとの連携も良く、部屋からの眺望も楽しめます。温泉施設は併設され、単純アルカリ温泉ならではのツルツル感も味わえます。近鉄駅とのアクセスも良く志摩観光の拠点として申し分なし。

#### いい思い出が出来ました。

客室にティーパックや湯飲みは置いてありましたがスプーンが無く子供がアイスを食べる時困りました。わざわざお待ちしてもらうのも気が引けたのでスプーン無しで頑張って食べてました。 あと楽しみにしていた朝食のバイキングのメニューが少なすぎてなんだか残念でした。 あとは快適に過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。

部屋の清掃やベッドメイキングが行き届いていませんでした。 前回の宿泊者の物か、ネイルを剥がしたものが部屋に落ちていました。。 ベッドメイキングについては、一部床についており、見た目も汚く、残念でした。

娯楽施設として総合的に良い宿泊施設。 設備面やキャラクターに若干の時代遅れ感はあるものの、これから設備の更新とかしていけば、もっともっと集客は期待できる。でも割と空いているので、客としてはこのままでもいい。
