Only issue was lack of lifeguard at pool during morning/early afternoon hours on a Saturday with lots of Soccer families. Too much unsupervised horseplay. Once the lifeguard arrived at 4pm and turned on the slide, behavior was improved."

"We got the suite with 3 rooms for the weekend. Upon checking in, we found a small issue. I spoke with the front desk and they immediately sent up maintenance to fix the problem. Half an hour later, issue was fixed and our weekend went beautifully. Amazing service overall, clean, and comfy. "
